91¿´Æ¬Íø renews focus on advancing SDGs
The 91¿´Æ¬Íø has a long-standing engagement with the SDGs, reflected in its sustained institutional efforts over the years. This continued commitment was further recognised through the University’s appointment as the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) SDG Hub 17 – Vice-Chair for Teaching and Education, secured through the efforts of Professor Jayasinghe and Dr Caldera in 2025.
Building on this foundation, the discussion focused on ways to deepen the integration of SDG priorities across the University’s teaching, research, and outreach activities, and to further enhance the University’s visibility and leadership in this space, both nationally and internationally.
