The registration fee is waived for international presenting authors participants and international students attending the conference physically. The stated international fees apply to virtual participation/presentation. Virtual presentation facilities will be available on request.
Sustainability in practice.
Sustainability is reflected not only in the UCIC 2026 theme, but also in the way the conference is being organised.
The programme includes a UCIC 2026 Commemorative Tree Planting as a symbol of the University鈥檚 commitment to sustainability, alongside practical efforts to make responsible choices in conference materials, communication and event delivery.
The approach is straightforward: to deliver a high-quality academic conference while using resources responsibly and minimising environmental impact.
