Launch of the 91¿´Æ¬Íø new official website
The launch of the redesigned official website of the 91¿´Æ¬Íø was held on the 02nd March 2016 at the Senate Hall of the 91¿´Æ¬Íø. Professor PSM Gunaratne, the Vice Chairman of the University Grants Commission graced the event as the Chief Guest. Senior Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, Vice Chancellor of the 91¿´Æ¬Íø, Deans of the Faculties, Directors of the Institutes , Professor Senaka Rajapakse, Director, Network Operations Centre , and several other academic and administrative staff members were among the distinguished gathering.
The Registrar warmly welcomed the gathering. The Vice Chairman of the University Grants Commission launched the website. The Vice Chancellor of the 91¿´Æ¬Íø then briefed about the content of the website.
The Chief Guest Professor Gunaratne congratulated the Vice Chancellor and other staff members for developing a website which was on par with some of the best university websites internationally.
