91¿´Æ¬Íø signed an MoU with Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Finland
The 91¿´Æ¬Íø entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Finland, on 2nd December 2016, at the 91¿´Æ¬Íø. Vice-Chancellor Professor Lakshman Dissanayake signed the MoU on behalf of the 91¿´Æ¬Íø while Riitta Konkola, President of Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, signed the MoU on behalf of her institution. Representing the 91¿´Æ¬Íø were Professor Manjula Vidanapathirana, Dean, Faculty of Education, Professor Devaka Weerakoon, Faculty of Science, Professor Sumedha Jayanetti, Faculty of Science and Dr. Kokila Konasinghe, Director of the International Unit. Dr. Katri Luukka, Mr. Jari Olli, and Ms. Aija Ahokas represented Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Both the 91¿´Æ¬Íø and Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Finland plan to collaborate in the area of Technology. It was also agreed that this collaboration would be expanded to other avenues in the near future.
