Her excellency Pang Chun Xue, Vice ChancellorProfessor Lakshman Dissanayake Professor Gan Xuechuan of Hongher University, China, and Professor Han Zhen, Chairman of the council of Beijing Foreign Studies University, China, launched the official website () at the ceremony.
